Job Description :
Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager Recruitment (2 Sales & 1 Tech) Pay scale (CTC): Not a constraint for the right candidate

Experience:
Minimum 4-8 years plus in Recruitment
Education qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate/ MBA/ MSW location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore
Skills: ·        Attention to details ·     
   
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
·        Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases ·        Experience with sourcing techniques ·     
Understanding of referral programs
·      
 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· 
 
Sound judgement
·   
 
Work experience with Ad-Tech, Edu-Tech will be an added advantage
  Responsibilities: ·       
Design and update job descriptions
·     
 
Source potential candidates from various online channels
· 
 
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
·   
  
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
·     
   
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
·    
 
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
·     
   
Align shortlisted/qualified candidates with Line Managers
·        Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-filltime-to-hire and source of hire ·      
  
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
·        Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
